Terms and Conditions

THE SALE OF REPLICA MILITARIA
Certain items appear on The Armoury website which cannot for legal reasons be sent to person(s) under the age of 18 years. Credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Switch etc can be issued to under 18's so we need to verify the age of the purchaser before the item is despatched. In most cases we can do this without the need to contact you however to ensure this is accomplished with minimal delay please email proof of age to sales@thearmoury.shop and quote your order number. Proof can be in the form of driving licence, passport etc. Delivery will not be made to anyone under the age of 18 and verification of this is performed at time of delivery.

Please be aware that falsifying the age declaration on the order form is a serious legal offence and should we determine you are under legal age to purchase items from this site at any time, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are aged 18 or over on the date of purchase.
